Shipping outside of the UK
If you wish to have an item shipped outside of the uk you need to get in contact via email: email@example.com Please state what item you wish to buy and the address you would like it shipped to. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote for postage to this address.
Returns – Cancellation of Order
a) In accordance with U.K. Distance Selling Law, you have the right to cancel your order upto 14 days after the contract is made (order placed).
b) Goods must be unopened, unused and returned in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
c) If you wish to return your item, you must contact us here: firstname.lastname@example.org
d) Upon return, all goods will be inspected.
e) Refund of the cost of goods will be issued within 14 days by the original payment method only.
f ) Shipping costs are at the expense of the Buyer and will not be refunded.
g) Cancellation of order before dispatch - please telephone or email us quoting your order number if you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched. If the goods have not been dispatched, a full refund will be issued within 14 days. If goods have already been dispatched you will need to follow the returns procedure above (a-f)
Returns - Faulty Goods
a) Faulty Goods must be returned within 14 working days of receipt with their original packaging, you must contact us here: email@example.com
b) Goods will be inspected upon return and if found to be faulty, a full refund including shipping costs will be issued within 14 days by the original payment method.
Please note: If you believe a used machine is faulty, thoroughly read the user manual and follow word for word to rule out human error as we can not refund you for the shipping if the item is in perfect working order when received as a return.
Returns - Goods Damaged in Transit
a) Any claim for damaged Goods or short delivery must be made within 2 days of receipt of the Goods via email contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org
b) It is the responsibility of the Buyer or the Buyers’ representative to check the packaging for damage and if damage is found to sign the courier receipt as “DAMAGED”. Claims can not be accepted for goods signed as “Received in Good Condition”.
c) All packaging must be retained for claim purposes, the Courier will usually arrange to collect the damaged parcel including contents for inspection.
d) A full refund including shipping costs will be issued within 14 days by the original payment method.
